Exchange & Return

• In order to Exchange inform us as soon as item is accepted.

Exchange is allowed within 2 days of receiving your items. Please contact us at +92-333-400 88 70, an authorisation email will be issued to you to proceed with the exchange/return.

•Exchanges may be made for items of equal or higher value. For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be forfeited. For replacement items of higher value, a top-up payment will be required.

•You are responsible for the cost of returning an exchange/return item back to us.

•If we ever do send you incorrect product, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us. We will then send out the correct order without additional charges.

• Please note to return the unwanted item in ORIGINAL condition & packaging, and must meet the following requirements : NEW/UNWORN/UNWASHED, tags attached. If any of the above conditions are not met – Sultanat by Sara Khan reserves the rights to reject your refund request and will send you back the item at an additional cost.
